I am interested to see your advertisement in today’s City Daily and would like to be considered for this position as Chief Office Secretary in your company.
I am now working as Private Secretary to the General Manager at a manufacturing company and have a wide range of responsibilities. These include attending and talking minutes(记录）of meetings and interviews, dealing with callers and business emails and letters when my employer is absent, helping the new employees, as well as performing the daily office duties.
