So says an advertising executive in New York, and he has proved his point by selling boxes of rubbish for the price of an expensive bottle of wine. Justin Gignac, 26, has sold almost 900(1)presented plastic boxes of rubbish from the street of the Big Apple at between $50 and $100 each. Buyers from 19 countries have paid for the souvenirs(纪念品). 2014年3月5日,公司董事会对以下几种融资方案进行讨论:
(1)发行优先股方案。具体内容如下:
a.公开发行优先股3亿股,筹资4亿元;b.股息率暂定为6%,以后每年根据市场情况确定股息率;c.若每年有可分配税后利润的情况下,必须按约定的股息率向优先股股东分配股息;d.未向优先股股东足额派发股息的差额部分不予累积;e.优先股分配股息后,还可以同普通股股东一起参加剩余利润分配。

(3)公司债券发行方案。具体内容如下:公开发行公司债券3亿元,期限为5年,利率为5%。
